How I got here

My love for holistic health and wellness was ignited by my own personal holistic health path.

Throughout my life, I have faced and overcome various challenges that have shaped my understanding and deepened my ability to support those navigating their own healing paths.

Hormonal Imbalance

Hormonal imbalance is a struggle that many women face unknowingly. For me, it hid under the surface for years. Understanding the connection between your hormones and your mind-body health is essential to restore balance.

Nutrient Deficiencies

Nourishing your mind and body with the nutrients you need is essential, especially focusing on those critical for women’s health. The consequences of inadequate nutrition can impact your energy, mood, hormones, and overall health.

Stress + Burnout

When stress spirals out of control, it can have deep impacts on your health. Burnout is a challenge that many women (including me!) have faced as responsibilities stack up in our fast-paced, often demanding world.

Difficulty Sleeping

Sleep is such a fundamental pillar of wellbeing, yet so many of us struggle with it. For me (as is the case for many women), difficulty sleeping was tied to a deeper root cause — once I was able to heal it, sleep came more easily.

I have been studying and practicing holistic health for over 15 years.

Through extensive evidence-based research and practical application, my experience enables me to explore a wide range of natural and holistic approaches to guide you on your holistic health path.

Masters in Health & Wellness and Alternative Medicine

I hold dual Master's degrees from the American College of Healthcare Sciences in Health & Wellness and Complementary Alternative Medicine (Integrative Health Sciences).

Holistic Nutrition and Wellness Coaching Certifications

Alongside my Master’s degrees, I have pursued several specialized certifications to further enhance my expertise, including Holistic Nutrition, Wellness Coaching, and Trauma-Informed Yoga.

Bachelors in Health Science

Additionally, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from the University of California in Santa Barbara. (This is where my love for all things holistic health was born.)

I’m a member of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP), the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA), and the American Herbalists Guild (AHG).
