Life update! This episode is a real one. I’m about seven weeks postpartum and finally feeling ready to talk about what these last two months have truly been like. I’m sharing the parts we don’t usually say out loud: how the shock of labor stayed with me long after we got home, how intense the early hormone swings were, the moments I didn’t recognize myself at all, and the way my body slowly healed. I’m also sharing what has helped: the support I lean on, the simple rituals that ground me, the supplements and testing I’m doing, and the mindset that carried me through the hardest days. If you’re anywhere in the postpartum experience (preparing for it, deep in it, reflecting back on it, or supporting someone you love through it), I hope this episode makes you feel less alone and more understood.
